 Free Shipping is available on orders over $50 to the Continental U.S., but does not apply to oversized items or items weighing over 10lbs when packaged. We make every effort to ship orders place by 4pm CST on the same day. When free shipping is selected FontanaSports.com will ship one of the following ways: USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or Home, Fedex Ground or Home, DHL Ground or Home. If your order is refused for delivery or undeliverable we reserve the right to charge exact shipping and any related incurred costs. All items shipped to PO Boxes ship via USPS at all times. We have partnered with International Checkout to ship all orders out of the country. They take care of processing and charging all applicable tax and duties. We reserve the right to not ship certain items out of the country and prohibited by certain vendors from doing so. Orders are shipped the same or next business day (M-F) after they are received. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Certain holidays which fall on weekdays will cause a one-day delay in delivery. Delivery is only available in the continental U.S. Shipping Rates will be determined by the weight of the product or you may pick up your order at our downtown Madison location. |

 Fontana Sports will return your purchase if you are dissatisfied within 30 days of shipping date. Items discounted 40% or more off their original price are not eligible to be returned. | 1. Fill out the bottom of your invoice and include it with your return. If you cannot find your invoice, please include your order number. |
| 2. Specify whether you wish to return the merchandise or wish to exchange the merchandise. |
| 3. For an exchange, please indicate the new product you want by providing the Name, Item number of the product located under the item title, sizes and colors, if it applies. |
